Do you remember the times when we had pictures of Buddha and gods like Saman, Vishnu and Ganesh together in one frame? There were also pictures of Buddha, Jesus and some Hindu gods together in one frame. They were mostly on buses, barber shops, hotels and grocery shops. I have not seen one of these for a long time.

During last year's London riots, the officers at Scotland Yard received advice from the New York Police Department on how to tackle crime related to riots. The age of criminal responsibility

There was a recent news that a female university student tried to commit suicide. She had been humiliated by the university authorities, reprimanding her in front of her parents at the campus office. She took an overdose and had to be hospitalised at the Colombo National Hospital.
