PRESS RELEASE: Sri Lanka High Commission Cricket Team pulled off a sensational victory over UK Home Office Team during the "Friendship Cup Cricket Tournament" held at "Old Finchleians Cricket Club" in London.

H.E. Dr. Chris Nonis, Sri Lanka's High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, High Commission Officials and the officials of the UK Home Office also attended the match.

Initiated by the UK Home Office, the tournament has organized for the second consecutive year, under the guidance of Mr. Chaminda Kularatne, Head of Consular & Immigration of the High Commission, with a view to promote goodwill, understanding and friendship between the High Commission and the Home Office.

Given the spirit of friendship that characterizes this tournament, this has been named as "Friendship Cup Cricket Tournament".
